CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

- The return period for the products you have purchased from our site is 14 DAYS from the invoice date, provided that they are unused and unwashed.

- Shipping costs for returns belong to us. Shipments, the shipping costs of which will be covered by us, must be made through our contracted cargo company, Navlungo Cargo.

- When you return a product, your money will be refunded by adhering to your payment method, after receiving approval from the product inspection.

- If you made your payment by credit card, your refund will be returned to your card within 14 business days.

- If you made your payment with a debit/debit card, your refund will be returned to your card within 20 business days.
